- 1 1/2 cucharaditas de Sriracha (salsa de ají picante), uso fraccionado

Cortar cada pechuga de pollo a lo largo en 4 tiras. Se obtendrán 16 tiras en total. Mezclar el jugo de cranberry, el jugo de naranja, el tequila y una cucharadita de Sriracha hasta que estén bien integrados. Añadir las tiras de pollo y cubrirlas por completo; dejarlas en el adobo al menos una hora o hasta 4 horas en el refrigerador. (Si se usan brochetas de bambú, hay que sumergirlas en agua caliente al menos 30 minutos antes de usar).
Calentar la parrilla a gas a temperatura máxima o hacer un fuego medio en una parrilla a carbón. Aceitar la rejilla. Escurrir el pollo y desechar el adobo. Colocar una tira de pollo en cada una de las 16 brochetas (20 cm). Colocar las brochetas sobre la parrilla y cocinarlas de un lado hasta que queden bien doradas, entre 4 y 5 minutos; luego girarlas y cocinarlas del otro lado hasta que se doren (entre 3 y 4 minutos más); rociar las brochetas con tu salsa favorita. Retirar las brochetas de la parrilla, poner sal y pimienta negra molida a gusto.
