- 1 1/2 tazas de Ocean Spray® Craisins® Cranberries Deshidratados con jugo de cereza
- 1 1/3 tazas de pedacitos de chocolate semi-amargo, derretidos
- 1 1/4 tazas de nueces picadas

Precalentar el horno a 177 ºC (350 ºF). Engrasar las bandejas para hornear. Revolver con batidora eléctrica la manteca vegetal con el azúcar en un bol mediano hasta que la mezcla quede liviana y esponjosa. Añadir la vainilla y el huevo; mezclar bien. Mezclar la harina, el polvo para hornear y la sal en otro bol. Verter los ingredientes secos en la mezcla de ingredientes húmedos y mezclarlos hasta formar una masa suave. Agregar los cranberries deshidratados y revolver. Colocar la masa con cucharaditas redondeadas en las bandejas para hornear. Hornear durante 10 minutos o hasta que estén bien doradas. Colocar las galletas sobre una rejilla y dejar que se enfríen por completo. Sumergir cada galleta hasta la mitad en chocolate derretido y luego en confites o nueces. Dejar que el chocolate se solidifique por completo. Rinde 3 docenas de galletas.
